Softincop offers a 7-day money-back guarantee policy. If you find that Softincop did not provide you with what you purchased within your first 7 days of service, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page or contact us directly at support@Softincop.com

Your Customer Success Manager will quickly review your request. Typically, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days depending on your banking provider. The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

After 7 days of service, we do not offer any refunds. When you register with Softincop, you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made by your plan and these policies.

Because we offer a digital service, we track your delivery on our server side to ensure fairness and truthfulness for all our customers. You are also more than welcome to provide proof of non-delivery and we will consider this.

It's our mission to provide great value, and we will always try to rectify an issue before processing a refund or providing you with a website credit.

We provide customers with store credit as the first option, and sometimes human behavior can create an error, however, we will do our best to fix this for you.
